Over the twenty years in which GET has been in operation, the need was felt to create a department destined solely to attend to clients needs, offering not only assistance, but also our maintenance service, on a permanent basis. Whenever possible this assistance and maintenance service is provided by the same team that were involved in the original construction process. With this new service we are able to make effective changes and improvements deemed necessary by the client for the enhancement and successful operation of the property. A detailed maintenance plan is outline for each Project, not only in terms of equipment, but also considering the building itself.
